At 26software, we stand behind our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a refund within 45 business days of your original purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at (info@26software/(832)426-3659]. Please include your order number, the name of the product you are requesting a refund for, and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

Once your request has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

Please note that some of our products may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated on the product page. Additionally, some of our products may be non-refundable, in which case we will clearly state this on the product page as well.
